In accordance with the Regulation on Principles of Promotion and Title Change for Personnel of Municipalities, Affiliated Organizations, and Local Government Unions, and the letter dated 10.01.2023 and numbered 5489213 from the General Directorate of Local Governments of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, it has been deemed appropriate to conduct a Promotion and Title Change examination for our personnel working under Law No. 657 in 2023. Applications for those wishing to take the examination for the titles listed in Annex-1, which shows the titles for which the examination will be held, will close at the end of working hours on 01.02.2023. Applications made after this date will not be considered. Applications must be submitted in person to the Directorate of Registry Affairs by completing the “Promotion Examination Application Form.”
      The promotion and title change examination for municipal personnel, within the framework of the examination schedule to be determined jointly with the examination-conducting institution, details regarding online application procedures, examination participation fees, examination centers, examination method and scoring system, number of examination questions and examination date, as well as the announcement of examination results, access to examination questions, objection procedures, and other similar matters, will be announced separately.
